Across industries, the shortage of skilled craftsmen, technicians and installers is quietly threatening product performance, safety and customer trust. Products are unavailable or fail, not because of design flaws, but because there aren’t enough trained people to build and install them correctly. Companies are now rethinking mechanical design, building products that protect both results and reputation.</strong></p>
