Agility in innovation to maximize speed

1 December 2021 Posted by Frederik Wouters Life Sciences, Product innovation, Webinars

Covid pandemic brought along many new societal problems. To solve them, you have to adapt the way you innovate. Together with imec we developed a novel platform for disease detection within 9 months. In this session, you can learn how the Verhaert Group organized this ambitious project using the 80% rule and a high-risk/high-gain strategy to do the “almost impossible”.

This webinar was presented by Yorick Koumans, Project Manager at BEACON, and Bert Verbruggen, Program Manager at imec. The Q&A was held by Tom Stefels, Partner at BEACON.
