Session 2, ‘Innovation delivery: The role of education integration’, will be hosted by Nathalie Bruynooghe, who coordinates innovation programs at ZEISS Ventures. Nathalie will dive into the integration of educational aspects in innovation programs and share insights on the strategies and best practices. Elke Wambacq, a corporate rebel, academic change agent, and Managing Director of Dinobusters, will host Session 3, ‘Transforming teams: Building a coalition of the willing for change’. Elke will discuss effective strategies for managing different learning styles and maturities, leveraging the support of a collaborative team to drive meaningful change, and practical tips for implementing and sustaining organizational change through effective communication and engagement.
Building culture from the top
Finally, Johanna Meijer-Wolfbauer, who oversees hiring and resourcing at Friesland Campina Professional and previously held the same position at Danone, will share insights on initiating culture-building programs from the top during Session 4, ‘Building culture: Start at the top’.
