On Friday 20 April Verhaert Masters in Innovation – a pioneering product innovation group – acquired Pegus Apps nv, a digital innovation and software company focused on enterprise applications based on web, mobile, embedded, virtual reality, artificial intelligence and blockchain technologies.
Pegus Apps will continue to work as an independent company in partnership with Load Interactive, the digital product development division of the Verhaert group. By this acquisition we create a joint digital product development capacity and technology base to help our customers throughout their digital transformation process.
