Bayer – digital transformation & servitization program

Since 2017, Bayer has nurtured the development of over 900 certified innovation professionals through a custom-designed innovation learning and development program. This program supports the digital transformation of the crop and fertilizing business and has teams operating globally, with the aid of expert mentors, gamified e-learning materials, and a prototype fund to quicken project progress. Our program focuses on enhancing innovation project management skills, helping professionals plan for new businesses, and promoting effective interdepartmental collaboration.
